Shipping and Returns
 

PANTY SHIPPING

All Panty orders are sent with Royal Mail, standard delivery with tracking.

Please allow 3-5 days for the shipment to be handed to our delivery partner after purchase, as we currently produce in house and may need some time to make your order if it is not currently in stock.

If you require your product to be fast tracked, or would like to use an alternative shipment method please write to us at panty@michaelastark.com

SHIPPING POLICY

All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Please make sure to track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you.
We unfortunately can not take responsibility for any package once it is in your country.

If there are any other problems with customs / the country officials need documentation or clarification, please contact orders@michaelastark.com for more information.

Please note a signature is required to receive your order so please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery.

 

REFUND POLICY

All sales final, no returns possible. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example due to product fault.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at studio@michaelastark.com and once your refund is approved, please send your item to:

RETURN SHIPPING 

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  Michaela Stark LTD, Unit D3, Curie House, Wallis Road, E9 5LW, London, UK


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices of products are expressed in Pounds inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible on any applicable custom duties and we are not able to estimate any possible duty that might occur.
